Description: At rome near decatur 8/6/15: a letter was emailed to me from dave weeks to cancel permit #136534 signed by michael e turk, manager, of cobblestone 2 llc and requesting for a new permit to be issued (permit #141850). tony vibabul is aware of this letter and has given me the okay to place a "stop work" on permit 136534. letter in ole and a copy filed. lrl *8/3/15: permit #132594 has been canceled as requested by property owner. this permit is a re-issuance of the permit to complete work already in progress. subject to re-inspeections* ***okay to schedule inspections, except for building finals until sewer fixture verification form is returned to pac office.*** **applicant must schedule and have inspections of the building for the purpose of a fixture count for sewer fixture verification at 'final plumbing'.** *this permit may be subject to sewer connection costs upon further review of connection history, which will be completed prior to issuance of "certificate of occupancy".* 6/24/14 - **permit re-issued per 2009 code updates. reference original permit #85365 for details and expired/canceled permit #132595.tv** 6/19/14 - sewer connection fee credits will be given to the new project and no connections fees will be due (unless new connections are to be installed) per rob mclaughlin. tv **separate electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits required** construct new 280 sf bathroom with 210 sf covered clubhouse patio. install 8 new plumbing fixtures (2 lavatories, 2 showers, 1 urinal, 2 water closets and 1 sink). **no electrical, no plumbing, no mechanical.** see approved plans under #132594 for complete details. cont: david weeks, 702-498-4879, email: daveweeks01@gmail.com
