Miguel Andrade

Andrade Construction built a front deck that serves as the home’s entry with a new really nice looking staircase that improved the curb appeal of my house. He also built a back deck. Both decks used Trex type material which looks amazing and I will be glad not to paint every year. He gave me a fair bid and held to it (no nickel-dime changes for every variance like most guys). He even found a commercially manufactured dog gate for the front porch that dresses up the project (I was just expecting a screwed together wooden gate).

Mike’s communication is excellent and he kept us informed of progress and checked in about our satisfaction at every step. I will definitely ask him to handle my next construction project.
