Taylor and his team painted the walls of the main floor inside and 2 sides of the 2-3 story exterior. (We'll do the other floors inside and the other 2 sides next year.)
With a team of 3-4, they spent about 4 days inside and 4 days outside.
Their estimate (really a quote) was much lower than 2 other companies and a bit higher than 1 other company.
I got a couple of very positive references from people I knew who had used 2AT previously.
These gents are Not what you have previously experienced with painters.
First of all, Taylor communicates with you - phone, text, email. If you reach out he quickly replies. As it should be, but rarely is today with "contractors".
He checks and double checks regarding what you want him to do. The old-fashioned way of measure twice and .....
His team is neat. They confine their "mess" to where they are working and clean as they go. They clean up at the end of each day.
No radio noise inside (they use earplugs for their phone music).
They tape and use plastic covering or other drop cloths where necessary.
Edges and corners are neat and precise.
Nail marks and other existing blemishes are sanded and caulked if necessary.
Outside is the same.
Outside they also did some carpentry repair.
Bottom-line: BETTER than new!!!
On time, on budget, on target.
They are our painters for next year's job, no doubt.
Could not be more pleased.
