Robert was contacted for quotes on multiple jobs. Gave him one job and there was always an up charge. Never sticks to original quote. Did another flooring job for me and the floor was never leveled ,, never finished , missing tiles , grout lines did not match , tiles are coming up . Contacted him numerous times to fix the job. The whole job needs to be ripped out and done correctly. He told me at least six times that he was coming out to fix the issues.

Robert Heffner, from Heffner's Home Improvements, 267-243-3413, was contracted and fully paid to install 2 windows in my home. He arrived, partially installed one window, dropped and broke the bay window, and promised to return. He never did return, and will not answer my phone calls. Unless I take him to court I don't know what else to do. Buyer beware!!!
