Bernard Makowski spent over 2 months working on two projects for us. Before we fired him we paid $12,000.00 for two incomplete jobs--sanding refinishing our wood floors, and replacing a flat roof.
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN FOR MAJOR WORK.
He charges by the hour, made no official bid, had no crew, and used shoddy rental sanding machines.
It was a NIGHTMARE.
