If I could give Matt Saban a 0 star review I would. He is an absolute slumlord. He has several rental properties all over the state of Washington and will not answer any of his tenants calls. I am currently living in one of his homes in Manson, WA and the roof has multiple leaks, water leaks under the door, and the entire upstairs is not usable because of the moisture and leaks. His place has mold and black mold. The health department has been involved , I had a professional roofer come out and make a bid, have contacted a lawyer to help his other tenants who are on section 8. He doesn't pay his workers or the garbage bill 4 months overdue (included in the price of the rent) or water bill was overdue and all 4 units got a shut off notice. In addition, he is rude and moves tenants in without upkeeping the yard or flower beds. He has a horrible reputation in town. Do not rent for him for a vacation rental or long term. "Matthew Satan"
