Sold us a system that had continual problems. Blamed Spectrum, said we needed more equipment. No so. Gave us an additional verbal bid to tie sound system into existing speakers and when the bill came it was almost double! He said the bid didn't include labor! Then when we paid in full he would not return many phone calls and texts. Unprofessional, poor customer support. Not recommended.
