Do not ever hire this individual. We made the mistake and he never completed the project. Poor workmanship, cheap materials, cheap labor, doesn't pay vendors. This guy is a complete disaster, phony cheat. Took him to court and won judgement against him. He is broke and a con man.

I had water damage to the bathroom and wood floor. Luther was supposed to remodel the bathroom and refinish the wood floor. He was also going to do various other jobs including replacing windows. He started in Jan 2019. He has not finished anything. He starts then leaves everything a mess and never finished. He promises everything with no intent to do what he promises. He promised I'd be happy. He offers to get your approval before doing things. When he installs without it being what you want he says he will change it, but tells you what he put in is better. Promises but does nothing. Worst contractor I have ever used. I do not recommend.
