(2034,4028,4253) this permit is issued with the following conditions: 1. all residence within 500 feet of the project property line shall be notified in writing. the notice shall explain the purpose of the after hours work and the times and days the work will be performed. 2. the notice shall provide the name and phone number of the after-hours work supervisor. 3. all reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate noise. 4. all reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate fugitive light. 5. the applicant will respond positively to neighbor complaints. 6.bsd can cancel this permit if legitimate complaints are not resolved.
