I purchased a new build house in El Paso built by Aria Construction. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!!! I have had multiple problems on my new built home. Patio ceiling has leaked and has been "repaired" by the builder. Also last week we had a gas leak. The workers from El Paso gas worked throughout the night to address this. Additionally, we do not have mailboxes and internet access. I contacted Spectrum and they said the builder would have to pay $18,000 for the cables to be laid. I have had to go to an office and pay for the space so that I may have adequate internet. I was forced to use satellite for internet, and it is too slow for my work needs. And mailboxes…they never registered my or my neighbors addresses with the postal service. When a month passed, and nothing was done I had to purchase a mailbox and pay to have it mounted. Then about 2 weeks ago the workers put in a multi tenet box like some apartments have. True to Aria’s shoddy work, they never have given us keys to use for the mailboxes. Most recently the ceiling of my patio has damage. It literally is falling apart. This is the 4th time this has occurred, and it was never adequately fixed. Now I am still waiting for it to be fixed for the 4th time. The head of contracting, Mario, has not sent anyone out to repair it. When you try to contact them the rarely respond via call or text.
