Description: To install a temporary step to the front walkway of 32 hilltop lane, south easton at rolling pines condominiums, for bristol south management, inc. i propose to install a pressure treated 2x12 cut to fit exactly the width and depth of the step, live edge will be facing the rear of the step. board will be screwed to step with tapcon masonry screws and liquid nailed. plastic spacers will be used under the 2x12 to bring the height to exactly 2", thus making all three steps the exact same height. this is a temporary repair to get through the winter, then the management company will have permanent repairs done
