I would NOT recommend this contractor.
His communication is poor, he is unable to meet timelines set by himself or others.
He struggles to balance projects and makes excuses for how busy he is with other customers to explain delays on your project.
His is professional at the beginning, but as your dependence on him grows so does his unprofessional tone.
