My experience with Kenneth Ditri, Owner of Superior Tile and Marble, was horrible. The work was extremely sloppy and wrong; in addition, Ken was a no show on several occasions. Superior Tile & Marble did an amateur plumbing job they weren’t even properly license to perform, but claimed they were. He told me I didn't need any permits but several other contractors since have confirmed that I did need permits. The plumbing job he did in my bathtub and walls leaked within a few days. He refused to fix his shoddy work and quit. He left my bathroom in disarray with huge chunks on drywall cut out in error. He erroneously cut and damaged two supporting wall studs. Instead of drilling a small hole to install copper water lines for a duel vanity sink, he used a reciprocating saw and completely cut two separate sections of two studs because he didn’t have the right tool. He put up sheet rock that wasn't level without properly putting black paper or water sealant on the bath tub walls. He used window caulk instead of mold resistant bathroom specific caulk. When he started to hang the tile it was completely crooked with gaps that were all different sizes between the tiles. The wall bowed out near the shower head and looked really bad. The tile work was horrendous and needed to be demolished, costing me an additional $500 in lost material I paid for, not to mention the time lost. I had to have a real professional come and demo and start the remodel completely over. Ken took a lot of money from me and left a lot of damage. I would strongly recommend people steer clear of this company. My experience was horrible.
