Dave from this company showed up at my door steps after a fire I had with public adjustors from Capitol Adjustors in PA. He offered restoration services, dry cleaning wash and fold, and content and dwelling cleaning. The cleaners that they hired came in my home and did a poor cleaning job as my house still smelled like smoke AND they left my floors dirty. Dirt was pilled up under my rugs. Needless to say, I didnt want them to come back but whats troubling is that they came with a bucket of water, mop broom and vaccuum and cleaned hard wood floors with WATER. They were paid a large portion of my payment, for a job that I could do better not to mention, for what they were paid, my house should've looked BRAND NEW! I spoke to Dave prior to agreeing to their cleaning services and he told me that my insurance company directly pays for their services which was a flat out lie! These people benefited from my misfortune and was paid out for all the services listed a large sum of money! Their cleaning company affiliate Safeguard burnt my blazer and sent it back that way. I have yet to receive a reimbursement for that. They come to you during such a vulnerable time to only take advantage of you. I could see if I called them, NO, they show up on your doorsteps after a fire with intentions on capitalizing on your insurance claim!
