I had Freddy and FC services do a patio for my home last summer (2016). He quoted one price and throughout the process kept adding expenses along the way for backfilling, more bricks, etc which I reluctantly paid.
The biggest issue I have however is that Freddy assured me that the work he and his company did would be warranteed for 3 years. I took him at his word. Just a few months later, we already noticed sagging in some areas of the patio. I called the company and Freddy said to wait until after the first winter since there would be more of this with the change of the weather. He said they would come out in the spring and fix. When spring came, Freddy made a few appointments with me to come out but never showed. He now avoids calls and doesn't return messages.
I rarely do reviews but felt compelled to with this company. They were a bit cheaper than competitors but my experience with them was very disappointing.
