I rate this company a zero. Be careful. They do not honor their commitments and the owner is rude. He insulted my wife and told me to go find someone else to service my system when I called to inquire as to why they had committed and yet not shown up for six days. On this occasion three times they committed to come service our system. They never came, never called. When my wife called they promised to come and again never call, never show up. When I finally called to insist that they come the next day or I’d find someone else the owner suggested that my wife didn’t listen to what she was told and then proceeded to interrupt me and tell me to take my business elsewhere. Unbelievably poor customer service- non-existent. Beware of this business and don’t waste your time or hard earned dollar! There are many better companies out there. I would discourage anyone and everyone from using Aerobic Septic Services.
