This experience was absolutely terrible. He didn’t remove the old caulk and then didn’t level our toilet. He came back out to level it a second time and it still was unlevel. The third time he arbitrarily showed up with no appointment, so I asked him if he could wait 30 mins as my husband needed to get ready for work in the bathroom. Instead of staying he left and stopped answering our calls. He charged $175 only working for half an hour initially only to leave our toilet unlevel with old yellow and brown caulk. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional in their scheduling and if they run into issues they ignore you. This company doesn’t take pride in their work.
