Hired to do a project quickly, ended up taking about 100 days. After a potential buyer’s home inspection found new water heater was needed, I told him the job absolutely had to done on the following Monday for sale to go through,. He agreed to do it, took my deposit of $800+ and did not show as scheduled. When I called him I told him I had to use another company and he agreed to return my deposit. Three months later I have spoken to Jamie about paying in installments or doing work at my new house with no response. I am on a fixed income and $800+ represents a substantial sum. Don’t count on Jamie.
