Description: Loose neutrals/or some other cause, in a exterior breaker panel caused a cable tv enclosure to melt and catch fire, the neutral bus in the breaker panel also overheated and melted. corrected the issue by installing a new neutral bar and cleaning all the conductors, removed all pitting, made all conductors back to fresh clean copper, removed cable enclosure ground wire from neutral bar, and also once power was back restored i took amp readings and found a imbalance on phases which caused current to flow on neutral, corrected imbalance by balancing phases. everything else in subpanel is original and hasnt been touched including grounding. burnout
