I would never recommend JESS Builders. Poor attention to detail, unclear communication to his subcontractors, poor quality and standards in workmanship, bad choices when framing that are subpar in the industry, horrible drywall issues (quality of work - many walls out of plumb and soffits uneven), numerous delays, inability and/or unwilling to fully fix and repair issues when brought to his attention, dispicable interior trim work, outdoor trim work below industry standard (not planning for proper water runoff, not cutting trim in same style as other outdoor trim areas, and he left exposed holes open (former hvac vent) in exterior while it rained for weeks. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.
