BEWARE this contractors prices are extremely overpriced.. he did a job for us, and also gave me an estimate for a second project. after talking with neighbors and friends who thought the prices were to high i decided to get other estimates. i got two other contractors estimates and both of them were three times lower then his. I now know that we were grossly overcharged and taken advantage of. carlos menjivar is a smooth talker and seems sincere., be careful .
