Terrible experience. He removed radiators by sawing off return and supply pipes when he knew I wanted to reinstall hydronic baseboard, now pipes have to be removed by removing flooring and wall, told me "not my problem", incorrectly installed siding at back door, it looks misshapen with trim pieces nailed all one side/gaps on the other side, told me 'thats how its supppsed to be', completely damaged a brand new dishwasher while installing, left it leaking, reversed hot and cold lines and drain is leaking, told me, 'not my problem', installed cabinets crooked, not flush with each other, sheetrock and mud is caked, not smooth, tape is showing and lifting, left holes in sheetrock where pipes are and told me 'theres no way to patch around the pipes, threw mud in other places, left exposed wires hanging out of junction box, wall and breaker box, all while telling me, 'not my problem'. Never, ever even consider him, never gave me a signed contract with changes made, never during the course of the renovation if ideas changed, like windows and doors being left, thereby him doing LESS work, he never renegotiated pricing. He is cocky and arrrogant if you ask him something, he never, ever takes responsibility for damages or things done incorrectly, he takes no pride or ownership or quality, he just wants his money. He charged me for plumbing and electrical, now is telling me he has no experience in it, while I watched him work on both, and taking no responsibility for it. He misrepresents himself and his company. He never talked to me about planning his next day, just said, I need materials, I need money for materials and if you dont have them Ill charge you 350 a day because youre stopping me from working. He had no respect for me, my home or anything he did in my home. He threw garbage everywhere, even dumped his own garbage in my yard, so he could charge me to get rid of stuff that wasnt even from my home. So much more, I could I could say, but Save your money, do your homework, never use him. Never, ever use him.
