NO CALL NO SHOW - TWICE !!!! Even after a million apologies the first time, he turned around and did the exact same thing again. I wouldn't even bothering calling someone with such a poor work ethic, it's not like he's going to show up to work, or call you to tell you he isn't coming. TERRIBLE!!!
