I cannot with good conscience recommend this contractor.

Do not hire J and J Fence or Joe Collins. He took our deposit for half the work in September 2017 and we never saw him again. Since then, we have learned there are several others that had depsits taken without any work done. His license is long expired despite soliciting new work. The police are looking for him.
