Smolko & Son General Contractor

Stay away from this contractor. I hired to install siding on my house. He said that he had a crew of 6 that only did siding and that it would take a month (weather permitting). Well he has a crew of himself and maybe one other guy. It has been well over a month and not one side of my house is completed. Actually I hired him to do 3 jobs siding, stone wall and deck step. The only thing he has done was left incomplete, subpar work and a mess. I found out that he grossly over charged me for the material. He also took some of the material and will not bring it back.
I have contacted him several times to discuss a timeline on completion of the work and the deficiencies but he refuses to show up to discuss.
I will be contacting the BBB and the Attorney Generals office and probably the police to get my material back.
