I would not recommend this company to anyone. Cecilia Garcia Henric, the owner of this company signed a contract worth 37,000 dollars with us in June 2018. She demanded 65% advanced down payment. We gave her 25,000 dollars check in June 2018. It has been 8 months now that she has not installed the solar system that she was paid money to do this job, no city permits obtained, no engineering diagrams submitted, no utility rebate paperwork filled as promised, lies after lies , delays after delays, excuses after excuses, we sent cerfitied the demand letter to company address it came back unclaimed, company has fake addresses, Texoma Energy solutions does not exist in Blue ridge, TX. Its ware house address is fake. The owner of this company does not want to return our money back. we found out later that this company owner is being sued by many customers, lawsuits are being filled by financial and acceptance corporations , Cecilia is a live running fraud stealing peoples money by theft of deception and false pretense on the abilities to fulfill the job. Beware !!! complete scam.
