Brand new constructed home and my wife and I are forced to hire an attorney to get contractor Tomaz to return to complete the numerous construction defects.
Plumber left "pressure test ball " in the pipe causing toilets to overflow and no water for 4 days in our new home , drain not connected properly in our second floor master tub causing a leak thru the ceiling of our kitchen lighting fixture.
to many other defects to mention .....
Twice promised to bring contractors to our home and NO SHOW , NO CALLED.
Many other great contractors LOOK ELSEWHERE .

Hired this circus act to build my custom home. Worst desicion ever. Promised us the house would take 10-12 months and 1 1/2 years later were still not even 80% built. Needless to say, we now have to find another builder. Owner Tomasz is a joke!! Would never reccomend this contractor to anybody.
