Description: ***prior to commencing work in city row, you must obtain a lane and/or a sidewalk closure permit. contact public works at 210-207-7755 or 210-207-6949. **lz** 2 approaches (one exit, one entry) 20' wide x 8' to pl 5' flares (minimum) area of both approaches 370 sf area of sidewalk 6' x 180' = 1080 sf traffic comments: ***call city construction inspector at 210.207.1111, option 0 prior to commencing any work or pouring concrete. ***refer to sheet c-1e dated and signed by the engineer on 05.02.15 for site layout. ***dial (210) 207-1111 to schedule inspections twenty four (24) hours prior to pouring concrete flatwork and / or traffic (parking) inspections. ***prior to commencing work in city r.o.w. obtain a lane and/or a sidewalk closure permit from public works-traffic engineering. contact john rodriguez at 210.207.7755. once permit is obtained, provide a proper lane closure which is to be set up by a certified barricading company. if these two items are not accomplished, a "stop work order" violation will be issued and work can not commence until the two items have been addressed *** ***temporary construction access drives contact row management at 210.207.7755 for a permit to work in the row **** ***all access driveways shall be provided with clear vision area in accordance with udc 35-506 (d) (5). clear vision areas must be free of visual obstructions, e.g. structures, walls, fences and vegetation which are higher than three (3 ) feet and lower than eight (8) feet above the street pavement. ***impervious cover shall be maintained or constructed as per udc section 35-526 (f) (1) off-street parking, as per udc section 35-526 ( 2) (f) (1) - off-street parking facilities shall be constructed, maintained and operated in accordance with the following specifications: (1) drainage and surfacing. areas shall be properly graded for drainage, surfaced with concrete, asphaltic concrete, or asphalt and maintained in good condition free of weeds, dust, trash and debris. ***city approved plans shall be maintained at the jobsite and be accessible to city inspectors at all times during work activities. ***all concrete work shall comply with cosa standards and specifications
