Abandoned the job after paying him over 30k. Did nothing to town code after repeatedly telling me "if I want it done right" I'd have to pay more than what we originally agreed on. Now I have to pay someone else close to the same amount of money I gave to him to redo it when I only had a 5k balance left with him.
