Been 80 days without AC, contractor has often scheduled dates & times to come fix/check issue with newly installed AC unit only to no show, no call & no text. Voicemail is often full & contractor doesn't answer messages in a timely manner. Contractor did fix furnace & replaced ac unit, but ac unit never worked. Contractor states it was the manufacturers fault, but refused to provide us with name & number to verify when replacement unit will arrive. Feel as if contractor constantly gives us the run around. Bad business practice.
