I hired Amaury Reyes for plans and permits on May 27th 2022. As of November 2nd 2022, nothing has been finalized with the city. We still have no permits for the renovations. My house is half demolished waiting on permits. Several email and phone calls have been sent to him and he invited them for weeks. He constantly tells me he is going to or working with the city, but never has an update. Three weeks ago we went to the city to get and update and they said he hasn’t been there in over a month and they are waiting on him.
He took $3000 for the job so far and nothing has been accomplished.
Do not use or trust this man or his company, find someone else to help you complete your renovations.
