DO NOT TRUST JOSE PALMA. He didn't finish contract work for us and took $11,000 and disappeared. For work he said would take 2 months, after 4 months, he stopped responding to us and stopped paying his subcontractors for our project. HE IS A THIEF AND SCAM ARTIST! He steals from the pregnant, elderly or kids, it doesn't matter! He will use any excuse he can to stall to get anything done! He does not manage the project either, and holds on to the project until you fire him.
