Brad shane will appear to be very professional when you meet him, however it will quickly fall apart. There will be delays and excuses. He will request additional deposits for materials (which he shouldn't need). He will not return your phone call, and will disappear. If you do see or hear from him again, the excuses contradict themselves. Someone recommended that i look him up on courtconnect delaware (it was already too late)... Zero integrity. If for some reason you do hire brad shane/ island designs llc, keep an eye on his workers as they do not know what a level is, or how to properly make even/smooth cuts. I later learned that others have experienced the same exact issues. I also learned that taking him to court is useless... I wish i'd been aware of courtconnect delaware prior to hiring brad. If anyone google searches that site, type his name or business name in the website's search tab...You'll see the number of times he's been sued...
