Description: Plm13-00661 this was my first time working in marion county, i purchased my license and permit for project in person at your offices and followed all protocals during the course of work. however i was never amde aware of a certificate of completion or that there were time limits. i received a letter to which i returned a fax of completion, then received another to which i didn't know more fees had been incuring. i look forward to working with marion county in the future, and follow all protocals that i am now familiar with. thank you for your help in this matter. ***see activities
