Definitely would not recommend C Evans Lighting Design to anyone. We hired him to do an electrical job on a house we were flipping, he started the job and quit half way through. He would not return our phone calls or give any explanation as to why he would not finish the job. He was paid for the work he had done so it was not a money matter. He has never returned a call or tried to contact us to explain. We had to hire another electrician to finish the job. It cost us extra money because he had left such a mess. Very disappointed!!!
